A newly furnished modern mid-century style home in the heart of a “boomtown” that is exploding into one of the fastest-growing metro areas in 2022. This 1300-square-foot home offers a safe, clean, and comfy environment for a group of up to 6.
The home is furnished with a massive King size memory foam mattress in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a workstation and a 50 inch Smart TV! The other two rooms have a Queen size mattress with one bedroom having a Smart TV. When I say you’ll love these mattresses, I mean it! (I want to take them home with me, Lol!) Each room is equipped with a full-size mirror to see your great outfit before a night in the city! The location of this house offers the best experience for not only an extrovert but also an introvert!
Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch!
The living room is furnished with a big smart tv for you and your friends to watch your favorite streaming channels. As for readers, we have an awesome reading area for you to relax, unwind, and get carried away in the adventures your book has to offer.
In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important, things like towels, soap, napkins, makeup mirrors, and more.
As mentioned earlier, this home has everything you’ll need/want. It’ll be hard to pack up and leave..
You’ll have access to the entire home. This will include the driveway, garage, back patio, and fenced backyard.

In an effort to maintain secure premises the home is equipped with a ring security doorbell. The camera is only EXTERIOR and there are no cameras inside the home. There is also a noise monitor system within the property.

This was a great stay for our visit! Super clean, had all the necessary things to make it convenient for us, and even gave us the use of the garage to park our rental car in. It also has a spacious backyard for us to play in with our grandsons! Highly recommend and would use again!
