Welcome to the Heritage House 1919! Come stay in the heart of the Most Beautiful Town Square in Texas. This adorable home built in 1919 has been completely updated while maintaining its original charm. Enjoy the perfect front porch and beautiful and inviting backyard and patio. This home is fully fenced with a doggy door for your fur babies as well, there is an $80 pet fee for two pets (adding here due to the platform not sharing this during booking). Enjoy a quick 4 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques and plays on the voted "Most Beautiful Square in Texas". Georgetown is known for its Poppy Festival in April and the Lighting of the Square for Christmas. At the end of the day cozy up with a blanket sitting around a fire in the solo firepit. We thoroughly loved staying the weekend at this home for our annual family girls trip! It had all the amenities we needed and was a perfect walking distance to downtown. A bad storm blew through the first night and our hosts were so sweet to check on us to make sure everything was ok. We very much appreciated their concern for us! Gathered in georgetown for a small gmaily get together. The house and yard were amazing. All amenities were GREATLY appreciated. Shared 2 great meals--one on the grill outside. Very clean. Very cozy. Only issue we had was a little head bump on a decoratve sconce at the top corner of a doorframe. Host has stated they are going to correct that ASAP, which us tall folk greatly appreciate. 10/10 will recommend this property!

I can’t say enough about this amazing house!!! It was very clean, beautiful and had everything you could possibly need! The backyard was such a fun, relaxing place to hang out, too. We were so lucky to find this gem! Also, the owner’s were very accommodating, kind and quick to respond!! My husband and I took a long weekend trip with our grandson to Georgetown and truly enjoyed our stay. The home was adorably decorated, very comfortable beds and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. What was unique about our stay was the extra thoughtful details that was provided for us to enjoy. There were a few bottles of water, Coke, Sprite and Dr. Pepper in the refrigerator along with chilled glasses in the freezer and ice pops! There was also information about a local winery and a bottle of wine and snacks. We didn’t take advantage of using the backyard, but it would have been nice to relax in front of the fire pit at night if it wasn’t the first weekend of August. The hostess, Shane, was very gracious and recommended some restaurant ideas and responded quickly to all of my questions. We would definitely stay there again!

Best experience we have had with a house rental. The interior decor was homey, comfortable, and inviting, a chef’s kiss! The host spent a lot of time on the little details of the house and catering to your visit. The house was perfect and extremely well done on its update. The yard (front and back) was well cared for and certainly loved. The kids loved exploring around this house and it was fenced it which made us feel comfortable. The swing on the porch was our favorite feature. We did very little driving while here. Everything was walkable. Incredible restaurants, shops, and playgrounds. As our son would say, 1000/10 rating.

Very nice home with great back yard. Great access to all G'town has to offer. In an area with a mix of older and newly remodeled homes. My only complaint is a neighbor's dog that barked nonstop for a good portion of one of the nights. Hosts were excellent communicators and had the house appointed with many nice touches that go well above what typical hosts provide including a bottle of wine!

We traveled with our dog for the first time and were delighted with the house and the cleanliness of the property. Bentley made himself at home enjoying the fenced yard and doggy door. The owners were extremely friendly and we found we had some interests in common.The house was close to the adorable town square and I enjoyed picking up a coffee and walking Bentley. We stayed here for our friends baby shower in Georgetown and we had the best time. We loved every second of our stay at this home and made so many special memories on this trip. The house is in a great location and was the perfect size for us (5 adults and one baby.) Communication was great and we would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed home. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Super cute backyard area will be wonderful for Fall and Springtime guests. We were in Georgetown for our grandson’s first birthday and had family from Dallas join us. Our son and his family live about 5 minutes away so the location was perfect. Walking distance to the town square! The house was the most comfortable, and well appointed Vrbo we have ever stayed in. It really felt like home. We had our dog with us and she and the kids enjoyed the yard. Loved the front porch with the swing! The owners were great to work with and so nice, responding quickly to every message and offering info on the local July 4th celebrations. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in many vacation rentals and Shane's home is absolutely the BEST property I have ever rented! The home is a charming, beautifully remodeled 100+ year old home in a perfect location just blocks from the Georgetown square. Shane has thought of everything (and more) to make your stay phenomenally comfortable and inviting! The home is immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. Furniture is new and very comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable mattresses of anywhere I have ever stayed - vacation rentals or hotels! She had bottled water and soft drinks in the fridge, glasses in the freezer for a cold beverage, snacks and a bottle of wine upon arrival. Too many extras to even list here. Booking was so easy and Shane quickly responded to my questions about the property before I chose to book her home. Shane and Mark are wonderful hosts and I'm so glad I picked their home. We're already looking for another reason to return to Georgetown just so we can stay in their beautiful home again! You will, without a doubt, enjoy your stay in this amazing home!
