Feeling all at once close to town center and yet nestled on a quiet street enveloped in oak trees, this idyllic 1963 bungalow sets the scene for many a local adventure - walk to The Red Poppy Festival, market days, Southwestern University, Monument Cafe, or just stroll, sip, and buzz around town.

With an ample 1,837 sq feet, there is plenty of room to hang out at home or head out for a local adventure.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a sunroom with lounge seating, and the space for an air mattress for groups over six, as well as a large living/ dining combo.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything your group needs to cook a meal at the house.
Outside, you will find a large, covered patio at the entrance to a generous-sized backyard featuring a grill, firepit, and comfy outdoor seating.
We have three bedrooms: one features a queen bed and private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, the second bedroom has a king bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo.
All bedrooms come complete with Tuft n Needle mattresses, soft linens, and fluffy duvets as well as closet space.
If you`re looking to sleep 8, we have a queen air mattress available which can be set-up in the Sunroom.
We have three spaces for guest usage: the garage, the driveway, and the side driveway. Note: Vehicles will need to drive over a curb to access side driveway; street parking is not allowed.
Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to $25 per hour fee.
Must be 21+ years old to book a stay!
Pet Policy: Only allow 2 pets at a time for a flat $150 fee when booking. Please inquire if you plan to include more than 2 pets.
