Rest and recharge in three thoughtfully styled bedrooms designed to sleep up to nine guests comfortably, plus additional space in the living area. The primary master bedroom serves as a private sanctuary with a plush king bed and a single futon to accommodate three. The second bedroom features a luxurious king bed surrounded by cozy linens and ample storage for two. Perfect for kids or groups, the third bedroom offers a spacious queen-over-queen bunk bed that sleeps four, complete with its own indoor arcade basketball game for endless entertainment right in the room.

Gated On-Site Parking: You’ll have access to two private, off-street parking spots located right on the property's secure driveway inside the gated fence.
Free Street Parking: If you have extra vehicles, hassle-free street parking is readily available right along the front and side of the home.
Quick Commutes: Historic Downtown Georgetown Square is just a quick 3-to-5-minute drive, and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is an easy 35-to-40-minute trip down I-35.
