Door code did not work on arrival and it took a while for them to get it working.
Water in the master bathroom left sink comes out at a trickle, both hot and cold.

This is a beautiful new home in an older neighborhood where some of the properties have been revitalized. Proximity to downtown and all amenities is excellent. It's a new house so everything is still in great shape, very spacious and well laid out kitchen. We would definitely stay again.
Upon arrival, the key code we were given via text did not work, and the local contact person for our property (provided by Evolve) did not answer their phone or respond to a text. After waiting outside the house for 10 minutes, we called Evolve customer service and waited on hold for over 10 minutes. When the agent took our call we were quickly in the house in a matter of minutes with a different code. The local property manager did call me back about 20 minutes later (total 50 minutes) to apologize for not answering sooner. He also couldn't remember which company he was representing when he called (subcontracted by Evolve). There was a dead cockroach floating in the toilet of the first floor king master suite, and other than that it was clean and ready. We're from the north so maybe cockroaches are a common problem in the south. Saturday night the backyard neighbors had a birthday party for their teen son and there was a live band and bounce house that went until about 11pm. We enjoyed the mariachi band but it was very loud.

Close to everything. Comfortable for 7 adults.
Measure spoons & a one cup measuring cup ( for liquids) would be a nice addition. We were cooking breakfast & lunch.
