Charming House | Near Two Step Inn and Downtown

We rented this home for 5 weeks this summer while our son did an internship in Georgetown. We hate to travel without our dogs and this home was perfect for dogs. The yard provided constant entertainment as they loved exploring and chasing squirrels and birds. There were no holes anywhere for little dogs to escape. My husband can work from “home”so used the sunroom as his office which has French doors to close while he was on calls. This allowed the rest of us to watch TV in the adjoining family room. The garage has been converted into another game room with a TV. The owners provided several fans in a closet in that room which housed 2 more bunk beds and several cots ( we didn’t need those as it was just the 3 of us). It would be great for two families with kids. The home was clean, smelled great ,had most everything you need in a kitchen including a Keurig coffee maker with coffees available- we brought our own. We grilled a few times and it had what was needed. The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable with plenty of closet space. Additionally, it was centrally located to shopping, groceries, etc. It is a very easy house to “live in” especially with pets. The grass was cut every 2 weeks and the cleaning lady came once during our stay. We definitely will be coming back again as we loved the area, ease and location of this home. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property.

Jeffery's communication response time was fantastic. He was more than accommodating. Even pre-lighting the outdoor fire so we could have hot coals to work with on our arrival.
