*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).
Primary renter must be present on all bookings.
There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.
Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.
If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!

We appreciate the quiet location of this unit. We come here from Michigan and are looking for warmer weather and a place to do some R & R. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The king size bed is very comfortable. The kitchen comes with various supplies which are handy to use. The dining and living room combo is very nice size with comfortable furniture. We will keep this unit on our favorite list for repeat visits. The host is very quick to respond and great to work with. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay here at Island Vibes. Loved the location, size of the condo, bed was comfortable and kitchen fit all our needs. Appreciated the quietness of the neighborhood and communication with the host was easy and fast responses. We would definitely stay here again!
