The home is very spacious and confortable.The neighborhood is very quiet and safe.Our intention was to have a home at short driving distance from the center of Saint Augustine. This home exceeded our expectations.

Really easy walk to the beach, the beach is lovely and the dunes are so healthy and beautiful. The house is clean, well equipped, just as described on the listing. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and in a very good location. We were in contact with the property manager and the owner and both were very friendly and responsive. We hope to stay here again.
