Welcome to my apartment!
Tastefully decorated, this typical Parisian apartment with 37m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, cinemas and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple choices of cuisine and budget. The apartment looks onto both the street and courtyard and, with feature extra-large windows, is remarkably bright and calm, offering ideal living conditions in the centre of Paris.
The apartment is fitted with all modern amenities. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa where you can relax, elegant and modern lighting, a wide-screen smart TV (with Freeview channels, including international news channels), Freebox and Wi-Fi, a radio/CD player, and an adaptable dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cookware and cutlery you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine (with a tumble dryer) is also available for laundry.
The bedroom is a pleasant room with a double bed and a chest of drawers and comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.
The shower room has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

It offers easy access to nearby shopping centres at Gaite and Montparnasse, commercial areas of rue de Rennes and several street markets (refer to market days). The apartment offers an excellent location for exploring the city. Situated in the Montparnasse area, near popular attractions such as the Luxembourg Gardens, Parc Montsouris, and Église Saint-Sulpice, guests can easily immerse themselves in the beauty and culture of Paris. Additionally, the area is known for its vibrant café and restaurant scene, all within easy walking distance, notably crepe restaurants at Edgar Quinet, the renowned La Coupole brasserie and Le Ciel de Paris restaurant with superb views from Montparnasse tower. In the arts, Montparnasse also offers numerous cinemas and theatres at Gaite, with the rest of Paris only a short metro or bus ride away. The apartment has secure access (codes and badge provided for entrance doors) and is located on the 3rd floor with stair access. This apartment offers recycling, as per the City of Paris policy. Main bins are on the ground floor (door to the left of the stairwell) - WHITE BIN (glass), YELLOW BIN (plastic, card, metal tins), GREEN BIN (all other waste). Bins in the apartment are under the kitchen sink – the taller one for general waste (green bin), and the smaller one for recycling (white and yellow bins).
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
