Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean and very tastefully decorated. Bathroom was a little small but nice. Fought the door lock all weekend. Needs fixed. Everything else was great.

The Cottage on Grand is a wonderful place to stay for a weekend. The space is clean and decorated very well. the kitchen has most essentials and coffee pods and snacks were provided. The accessibility to downtown Carterville is so easy - blocks away. I will definitely be back.

This property did not live up to the exceptional rating that it had. It felt clean and there were plenty of towels. But the doors didn’t really close, we had a leak in the bedroom and the bathroom was very small and seemed to be falling apart.
