Cozy granny apartment in the recreational area of Barmstedt

The apartment is a 5-minute walk from downtown Barmstedt, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and other shops.
A swimming pool and a swimming lake are also within easy walking distance. The recreational area of Barmstedt is also notable for the nearby Rantzauer Forest, and the surrounding villages and towns are ideal for bike rides. Well-known towns such as Hamburg or Wacken are about a 30-minute drive from Barmstedt, and Elmshorn is just a 10-minute drive away.

The guest apartment is located on the first floor and is wheelchair accessible. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Our guests are welcome to use our garden with a patio as well as our grill.
The apartment itself was renovated in 2022. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a small desk, and a chair. In the small hallway, there is a closet for clothes and other everyday items. The modern, fully equipped kitchen, featuring an induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave, provides our guests with everything they need to prepare their own meals. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a walk-in shower, a sink, and a mirror. On cold days, the underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen keeps your feet warm.
