I spent ages looking for a place in Hamburg and I was in disbelief when I found this place.. The value is great and the flat is spectacular.. Could do with a bit of improvement on the check in. Most private homes have a location to get the keys which means check in at any time. Having to pay for checking is absurd.. All in all still a great place

Overall the property was what we were looking for. Did not need to stay in the City and still having access to Hamburg. Kitchen was good and bathroom well done. Couple of items that could have made it an excellent stay. We happened to stay in early June and there was a heat wave. No air conditional which we were aware of but no fan to circulate the air. During the day it become stuffy and hot inside the unit. One of the occupants needed to work remotely during the day and it was uncomfortable. The windows did not have screens and a few flies and mosquitoes entered the unit when the windows were opened to relieve the heat. The bed in the bedroom is literally 1 ft off the ground and if there are any physical limitations may be difficult to get out of. The main concern was the noise from the street. This is located on a busy street with the windows located at street level and the traffic noise was constant. This continued thru out the night and did keep the light sleepers awake at times. The main disappointment was with the linens. There is an additional charge for bed linens and towels. This is in the rental agreement as the Property Manager reminded us. Never have had to read the agreement to be informed of this. They notified us as the date became closer and had to make a decision on purchasing the linens. They stated that some bring their own, we traveled from Florida USA and had no intention of bringing linens. Before you book make sure you understand this point and the total cost. We came to an International Conference and when speaking to others who used VRBO or other like services they were not charged for linens.

Auch wenn Tiefparterre, war dies nicht allzu störend insbesondere dann, wenn die Unterkunft hauptsächlich für die Übernachtung genutzt wird. Die Fenster zur Straßenseite sind gut schallisoliert. Bis auf den fehlenden WLAN-Anschluss war die Einrichtung umfangreich ausgestattet. Aus unserer persönlichen Sicht ist anzumerken, dass der Bettkasten zu niedrig, der Lattenrost instabil und die Matratze zu weich war. Das Bad entspricht gehobenen Ansprüchen.

Saubere, ordentliche Wohnung mit Allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstverpflegung benötigt. Die Lage in der Nähe vom UKE optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Das die Wohnung direkt an einer Hauptstraße liegt, war uns vorher bekannt und hat nicht gestört. Die Parkmöglichkeit in Hamburg ist leider sehr eingeschränkt und erst nach mehrmaligem Umfahren des Wohnungsbereiches haben wir einen kostenlosen Platz gefunden. Hier wäre ein PKW-Stellplatz an der Wohnung wünschenswert. Das Be.- und Entladen des Autos ist aber durchaus direkt an der Wohnung möglich. Die Wohnungsübergabe und die Abgabe der Schlüssel war komplikationslos. Abschließend können wir sagen, daß die Wohnung für uns optimal war und für einen weiteren Aufenthalt wieder in Betracht kommen würde. E. Wesche

Eine individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtete FW zum wirklichen Wohlfühlen.........nur der nicht enden wollende Straßenlärm ganz direkt und unausweichlich vor der Souterraintür und den Fenstern ist nicht zu ertragen! Irgendwann nachts möchte man auch mal entspannen und schlafen.....darum leider nicht geeignet!! Schade!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, sauber und sehr freundlich eingerichtet, liegt aber leider an einer stark befahrenen 4-spurigen Straße, was dazu führt, dass man die Fenster nachts nicht öffnen kann. Der ÖPNV ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und man erreicht damit schnell alle interessanten Orte in der Stadt und in der Umgebung. Viele nette und gute Lokale im engeren Umkreis mit moderaten Preisen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zur Selbstversorgung sind gleich um die Ecke. Empfehlenswert!

Es ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eine UG Wohnung eingerichtet und es ist rundum ausgestattet (Küche, Bad, Schlaf- und Wohnbereich). Die Beleuchtung ist mit viel Engagement an die Situation um UG angepasst. Die Vermieterin ist stets sehr gut erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und auch in Problemfällen sofort zur Stelle. Ein paar Mankos hat die Ferienwohnung: - die Geräusche der Straße sind nicht zu verachten, die Fenster sind älteren Datums und schließen entsprechend nicht mehr nach heutigen Standards - die Heizung kann nicht durch den Mieter selbst reguliert werden, gerade in der kalten Jahreszeit eine Einschränkung (zu kalt / zu warm) - der Internetzugang war vorhanden, hat von Zeit zur Zeit Ausfälle und hat Beschränkungen - die Bildbeschreibung bei FeWo direkt passt nicht exakt zum UG Objekt (es sind Fotos vom DG enthalten) Alles in allem eine schöne Ferienwohnung mit angenehmer Lage (alles per Nahverkehr erreichbar, Familienfreundlich), guter Ausstattung und guter Vermietung.

Dieses Appartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit allem was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Das es sich um eine Souterrain-Wohnung handelt ist nicht von Nachteil, da der Strassenzugang seperat abschließbar ist. Die Ausstattung ist modern und man vermißt eigentlich nichts. Wir werden wieder sehr gerne auf diese Wohnung zurück kommen, wenn sich unsere Wege mit Hamburg für einen Kurzaufenthalt kreuzen.

Die FeWo ist super eingerichtet! Es ist alles modern ausgestattet und uns hat z.b das Lichtkonzept super gefallen, auch wenn das weniger interessant für die Leser sein wird. Man erreicht von dort aus alles in kürzester Zeit, da die Anbindung echt super ist. Ich würde dir Wohnung auf jedenfall wieder buchen. :-) Viele Grüße

Appartement confortable et fonctionnel. Il était agréable d'y rentrer après une journée dans les frimas de l'automne. Le quartier est très agréable ( de grands parcs et jardins à 10-15 minutes à pied), mais les commerces ( boulangerie, épicerie) sont un peu éloignés ( 20 minutes de marche aller retour). On peut néanmoins aller très rapidement au centre ville par le métro, et l'ensemble du réseau de transports en commun, très pratique et efficace, nous a favorablement impressionnés. Ce fut un séjour, reposant, divertissant et dépaysant. Hambourg est une ville où il fait bon vivre malgré un climat un peu rude ( pour un habitant du sud de la France!).

Parking was a bit of an issue on arrival but luckily we found a space in a street nearby. Heidrun was waiting for us and showed us around. She's a polite lady who was helpful and asked if we had any questions etc. The apartment was a 15 minute walk to the nearest underground station which was perfect and there were some nice restaurants in the area. I can definitely recommend Campus and Estancia La Sabrina. If you are a light sleeper, like myself then you may have difficulty sleeping as it was very noisy from the road traffic at night. The windows are double pane but the fittings are old so act more like a single pane. Apart from this everything else made for a very pleasant stay.

Bel appartement spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Accès facile au port et au centre par les transports en commun. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux et les conseils pratiques d'Heidrun à notre arrivée, ainsi que son soucis de notre bien-être pendant notre séjour. Un seul petit reproche: la salle de bain est petite et manque de rangements! (dommage, sinon nous aurions mis 5 étoiles!)
