About this apartment rental
If you don’t want to give up your usual freedom of movement—
—even during your visit to Hamburg or on your business trip, our
small apartment offers you a lovely temporary home.
Our cozy living area, with its wonderfully comfortable seating area, satellite TV, and
, provides you with the comforts you’re used to even while traveling.
Our kitchenette is practically equipped: it has everything you need for
self-catering guests: refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric stove with 4
burners, pizza oven, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle
The apartment sleeps 3 people and is comfortably furnished.

• Mediterranean-style bathroom with walk-in shower
• Apartment size approx. 50 sqm
• 1 bedroom (box spring bed) – blackout curtains + electric exterior shutters
• 1 additional sleeping space in the living room
• Ideal for couples and small families or small groups of up to 3 people
• Good access to public transportation (the “U1/U3” subway lines are within walking distance). Bus lines 22, 25, and 20 are just a few minutes’ walk away
• The University Medical Center Eppendorf (UKE) and the Martiniklinik are located in the immediate vicinity
• There are plenty of shopping options available
• Eppendorf is very green; Eppendorfer Park, Haynspark, and various green spaces are perfect for taking a stroll.
• Numerous Alster canals with their walking paths offer excellent recreational opportunities.
We would like to point out the following:
Minimum age for the primary tenant: 20
Max. number of guests: 3 (Children count as guests too 😊)
Smoking is not permitted in the apartments. We cannot accept the apartments as being in good condition if the rooms smell of tobacco or smoke.
Rent includes electricity and bed linens—but does not include towels, dish towels, or cleaning cloths. Cleaning supplies are provided.
We generally charge a security deposit of between EUR 100 and EUR 300
Final cleaning—optional—EUR 59.00
Towels: EUR 5.70 per person per change
Bed linens: EUR 8.70 per person per change
In Hamburg, the Hamburg Culture and Tourism Tax must be paid. This is not included in the rental price

Very clean and tidy apartment with under floor heating which was very efficiant. The apartment could be quite noisy at night especially if you require a window open all night as is on busy city main road. All amenities close buy. Thoroughly recommended

Eine individuell und geschmackvoll eingerichtete FW zum wirklichen Wohlfühlen.........nur der nicht enden wollende Straßenlärm ganz direkt und unausweichlich vor der Souterraintür und den Fenstern ist nicht zu ertragen! Irgendwann nachts möchte man auch mal entspannen und schlafen.....darum leider nicht geeignet!! Schade!
