About this apartment rental
Modern granny flat on the first floor in a family house with its own entrance via an external staircase. High quality beds and equipment for up to 5 people, 6 people on request. South balcony with beautiful pond view and west balcony with beautiful evening sun. Spacious rooms with high-quality equipment such as B. Fireplace and sliding doors to the lake view. Flat screen TV with DVD player and WII game console. Complete kitchen equipment with kitchen island and many kitchen appliances. Large bathroom with dressing room and shower / bathtub. Washing machine is available. A somewhat steep staircase leads to the loft, where a double bed and 2 single beds are divided into 30 square meters. The 5th and possibly 6th Person sleeps on the pull-out sofa bed.
The apartment is located in a mixed residential / commercial area. Unfortunately, there is sometimes a slight humming noise from a carpentry shop next door, which you can only hear when the windows are open.
