Dining area, TV corner and kitchen are united in the living area. The accessible and open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and invites to cook. Stove and sink are wheelchair accessible.
From the living area it goes directly to the covered small south-facing terrace.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room.
