Es pequeño y bastante completo, cocina, lavandería

El piso necesita mantenimiento y el sofa cama es muy incomodo, deberian de actualizarlo

Anfitriao atencioso, proxima a estacao que da aceso ao toda Paris (12min a pé)

Nas fotos o ambiente parece ser mais amplo. O Banheiro é super pequeno. A limpeza deixou muito a desejar, tinha louça suja quardada nos armários. O sofa cama tem uma capa toda manchada, tivemos que lavar ela e o lençol que estava embaixo. As banquetas da cozinha todas com os parafuros folgados, causando insegurança, O portão de fora nao tranca, mas o local pareceu tranquilo, ou seja, são pequenos detalhes que o anfitrião poderia resolver sem gastar praticamente nada. 4 pessoas ficariam muito desconfortáveis, sugiro no maximo 3.

Inizio un po' difficile...

In generale l'appartamento può essere considerato funzionale, sebbene piccolo per 4 persone. Lontano da Parigi (almeno 50min per raggiungere i punti di interesse più vicini), ma comunque zona tranquilla e buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo trovato solo tre posti letto perché il divano non era quello delle foto ma uno largo solo 100cm, non è stato piacevole soprattutto perché non eravamo stati informati del cambiamento. Contattato il proprietario, ci è stato detto che il precedente si era rotto, che ne aveva ordinato un altro ma che comunque quello nuovo andasse secondo lui bene anche per due persone (difficile anche solo per i bambini); contemporaneamente abbiamo fatto presente che non c'erano pentole utilizzabili per cucinare in quanto tutte bruciate sul fondo interno. Il giorno dopo ci ha scritto che avrebbe portato un nuovo divano il giorno successivo, ma non lo ha fatto e anche in questo caso non ha avvisato per cui abbiamo dovuto dormire per la terza notte "accampati", in 3 nel letto matrimoniale (che è "alla francese" quindi 150cm). A questo punto abbiamo attivato l'assistenza booking e finalmente il giorno successivo ha portato divano e pentole. Da quel momento il soggiorno è andato come avremmo voluto.
