The location was convenient for accessing central Paris. The internet worked well. The water pressure was exceptional. The contact with the agent was smooth and quick.

There were lots of issues with loose and badly maintained items which could all have been solved by a handyman visiting the apartment for a couple of hours. The kitchen taps were loose and wobbly, the shelf in the living room was loose, the window latch fell off when trying to open the window, the fridge door was tricky to close as well as the outer cupboard. The two fans were a bit useless as the apartment was extremely hot; especially the upper floor. The staircase was hazardous and would definitely not be good for anyone who's a little infirm. The tv projector in the bedroom was not available as it has apparently been stolen by a previous guest. We were given the impression it would be replaced during our stay but it wasn't. The hob wouldn't work the first time we tried using it but we were given the solution when we messaged the host. The sofa upholstery was filthy and needed a good clean or at least some throws to go over it. This could be a really good rental but just a lot of frustrations which would be really easy to fix.

Trop de lumière au réveil, mettre des rideaux occultants.

L'emplacement est bien, un quartier calme , personnel disponible.

Rien de particulier tout était bien à mon goût.

Le logement est moderne, rénové, jolie. Il est bien équipé.

La propreté pour la literie surtout le canapé lit, le canapé est salle et les draps sont tâchés ce qui ne donne pas envie de dormir dedans, idem pour le tapis dans la chambre avec des tâches dessus.
