Overall, it is a good housing facility. The owner was kind and supportive. The area was calm & nice

The nearest Metro was 800 meters but tram was nearby on the opposite side which we did not use.

Ruim appartement met een goede parkeerplaats achter een hek.

Screen in slaapkamer wilde niet naar beneden waardoor het ‘‘s morgens erg licht was.

El departamento cómodo. Teníamos los artefactos necesarios. Contaba con insumos básicos.

Que era un altillo acondicionado por lo que era incómodo con el techo bajo. No se apreciaba en las fotos.

Tolles kleines Appartement, besonders mit Kindern zu empfehlen

Für Paris wirklich sehr geräumig, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, besonders wenn man mit Kindern reist. Kann man so wirklich etwas sparen. Die Besitzer sind überaus freundlich und die Gegend machte einen ruhigen und sicheren Eindruck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort, auch gut Restaurants die keine Turbo-Preise hatten. Falls wir nochmal nach Paris kommen dann sicher hierhin. Die Lage ist zwar nicht zentral aber immer noch gut angebunden. Wir hatten die Tagestickets für die Metro und damit war es überhaupt kein Problem.

Przytulne mieszkanie w cichej okolicy

Mieszkanie na poddaszu uroczego domu, wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Bardzo miły, pomocny właściciel. Mieszkanie jest oddalone od centrum Paryża, ale ma dobre połączenie metrem, tramwajem, autobusem. Blisko markety Carrefour i Auchan. Dobra opcja dla osób oszczędnych i lubiących spokojniejszą okolicę. Do stacji metra idzie się pod górkę, co my lubimy, ale nie każdemu odpowiada, za to wraca się z górki ☺️

Przydałaby się stojąca suszarka do ubrań.

Bardzo fajna i cicha okolica, ładny domek, bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel z każdym pytaniem zawsze można się do niego zwrócić. Polecam

Brak ręcznika papierowego lub jakiegoś ręcznika do naczyń. Mało talerzy głębokich (tylko 2 szt), brak miseczek, mało sztućców typu dużych łyżek (tylko 2 szt) oraz małych łyżek.

Hôte exceptionnel ! D'une attention particulière et rare, volontaire pour bien vous installer et vous faire sentir le mieux possible ((aide au port de bagages, visite des lieux, petites attentions (bon café, thé/infusion, friandises/biscuits, jus d'orange)). Des chambres d'hôtels dans le même coin sont plus chères (40 voir 50€ de plus) et certains vous servent avec beaucoup moins d'attention et de professionnalisme. Si vous avez encore la chance que l'appartement de Frédéric soit disponible sur vos dates, n'hésitez pas vous n'aurez aucun regret ! - Parking privé (1 place), belle propriété à 2 pas de Paris, appartement bien équipé et correctement entretenu, environnement calme et reposant.

Seul point à revoir, et vraiment selon convenance personnelle ou le nombre de personnes à accueillir: l'ajout d'une petite table basse. Honnêtement après la très grande qualité du séjour, cela passerait presque pour du chipotage. Encore merci Frédéric !
