Constant squawking of seagulls. These must be the noisiest and messiest gulls in the UK :) No blinds, curtains or shutters on kitchen or lounge windows which have sun on them for a lot of the day.

Clean property with lots of little added extras which made the stay even better (bbq, marshmallows, treasure hunt for the kids etc). The location was great, about 30 second walk to the dunes behind Camber Sands. We were allowed early check in and late check out which was great! Ali was also very prompt in replying and gave some good recommendations.

The location was fantastic!! It was a couple of minutes to a lovely sandy beach, one way over the beautiful sand dunes which is a steep walk or a couple of mins walk through the car park. The host Ali was easy to contact and responded very promptly to all enquiries. He left lovely touches such as marshmallow kit and a bbq and a treasure chest hunt. The house was spotlessly clean and all bedrooms very comfortable. It was really appreciated that there was milk in the fridge to make a cup of tea/coffee on arrival. Nice garden with a big bench for alfresco dining. Overall 10/10 property and location, stunning beautiful beach, close to pubs, corner shop, restaurant and a cafe. I would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.
