The location is brilliant for camber sands - although be sure to arrange for an online shop as there are very few amenities around.
The outside areas are very dirty…. Full of cobwebs, clearly not been cleaned this season (or last!) The outdoor furniture is very old and brittle…. The sofa collapsed when my 7 year old son sat on it. The down stairs bedroom is damp…. Although not sure if this is because of the leak, which we reported.

Lovely house Very convenient location Relaxing ambience Comfortable beds
Blinds in lounge and bedroom were problematic when we arrived very difficult to open I cleaned the runners and sprayed the moving parts with lubricant I found under the sink and that really improved the issue We initially thought we would be unable to use the balcony Panic on first night…Six visitors … only five wine glasses!! Purchased an extra glass
