About this cottage rental
The welcoming hallway, handy for sandy shoes, leads to the bright and spacious kitchen-diner of your holiday home. Pops of colourful artwork and decor enhance the family-friendly feel of the streamlined, all-white kitchen, while the pretty dining table has stylish contemporary chairs. On sunny days, throw open the French doors onto a patio area. A shower room completes the ground floor layout. Head upstairs to the lovely, light-filled lounge, with glass doors to a south-facing balcony and a Smart TV for streaming your favourite shows. The stylish design includes a bright rug, plush sofas and eye-catching artwork. A charming king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower is also on this floor. Stairs to the second-floor lead to the family bathroom and two further inviting bedrooms: a zip-and-link king-size (can be made into a twin on request at time of booking) with an additional trundle bed for a child, and a twin. Please be aware that some areas of these second-floor rooms have restricted head heights.
Outside, enjoy the salty air and a peaceful drink on the lounge balcony or light the charcoal BBQ on the ground-floor furnished patio for alfresco dining. Climb the steps from the patio to find the large, enclosed garden with further seating and a spacious lawn. Private parking for 2 cars.

- 3 bedrooms − 1 king-size, 1 king-size zip-and-link (can be made into 2 small singles on request at time of booking) with an additional trundle bed for a child, 1 twin
- 3 bathrooms − 1 en-suite shower room with WC, 1 bathroom with bath, hand-held shower and WC and 1 ground-floor shower room and separate WC
- Electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso Original coffee machine
- Utility cupboard with washer/dryer
- Smart TV with DVD in the lounge and TV in the kitchen
- Enclosed rear garden with patio furniture and charcoal BBQ, furnished balcony to the front
- Private parking for 2 cars
- Access to garage for storage of bikes and beach equipment
- Shops, pubs and beach 200 metres
- Please note: EV charging is not permitted at the property
- Please note: The second floor has restricted headroom in the bathroom and some areas of the bedrooms
