We stayed here as a group and absolutely loved it! The apartments are brand new, incredibly clean, with modern appliances and stylish interiors. Everything looks fresh, with no signs of wear, and even the smallest details are well thought out — even the soap smells great. The location is perfect if you have a car: just 4-5 minutes to Cascavelle Mall, easy access to the highway, and 5-7 minutes to the beach. Walking in the heat might be challenging, but for us, it was ideal. A special thanks to Ricardo for his excellent assistance and support throughout our stay.

The only thing missing was a BBQ grill, although the rooftop has everything else for a great time.

Die Beschreibung und Fotos der Unterkunft stimmen komplett überein mit dem, was wir vorgefunden haben: es ist ein großzügiges Doppelhaus in einer durch ein Tor abgeschlossenen Anlage. Diese befindet sich eher am Stadtrand. Es ist jedoch möglich, zu Fuß den Strand innerhalb 30min zu erreichen. Die meisten Straßen sind nachts (von der Anlage nach Flic en Flac Zentrum) beleuchtet. Dank Ricardo, der sich dort vor Ort um alle Belange kümmert, war unser Aufenthalt sehr schön.

Die zu unserer Aufenthalts-Zeit noch bestehende Baustelle auf dem Nachbargrundstück und der dadurch verursachte Baulärm. Uns wurde jedoch erzählt, dass die Baustelle in nächster Zeit beendet wird.
