Ocean view

Great location - on the edge of Flic en Flac, really quiet by day and night (only the sound of the birds and the sea which was wonderful); just 15 min walk to the main strip of shops and restaurants; 20 min walk to the main public beach (and other spots even closer. Phenomenal views from the balconies, where we watched the most magnificent sunsets. The apartment is huge with 3 double rooms, all ensuite. 3 balconies, 2 of which have furniture to sit out and relax and also to eat round comfortably sized table. Jon and Rakhee were really responsive and communicative before and during our stay - couldn't have been more helpful. Large secure car park onsite which was helpful for us. Friendly security guards staff the main gate 24/7.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Le point fort, sans hésitation, est la vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan. Se réveiller dans la suite parentale avec sa salle de bain privative et être bercé toute la nuit par le bruit des vagues est une expérience vraiment apaisante et mémorable. La récupération et la restitution des clés ont été très simples, et la présence d’un gardien 24h/24 est rassurante. Le logement est fonctionnel, on peut cuisiner sans problème, c’est propre et le logement offre une magnifique terrasse avec une vue panoramique, idéale pour profiter du coucher du soleil, accessible depuis 2 chambres ainsi que le salon/séjour.

S’il fallait suggérer une amélioration, un lave-vaisselle apporterait un vrai plus en termes de confort. À noter également que la douche extérieure de la piscine ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre séjour. Du papier essuie-tout serait aussi un plus. Enfin, un point qui ne dépend absolument pas du propriétaire : le chemin en terre permettant de rejoindre la ville à pied (environ 10 minutes) nous a semblé un peu intimidant le soir. Il est peu éclairé et nous avons croisé plusieurs chiens errants qui aboyaient en groupe. En journée, cela ne pose pas de difficulté particulière, mais le soir préférez utiliser un taxi si vous avez peur des chiens (moi je n’avais pas peur mais mon père oui).

Location of this place is great for amazing ocean views and beautiful sunset. At night, the sky lit up qith stars, moon and even planets that were visible at the time. The apartment itself is a Wow factor. Spacious and tranquil. 2 living roims to relax. Dining areas indoors and on both terraces. Ample space front and back of the property. Bedrooms are all en suite and beautifully laid out with powerful ceiling fans and air conditioning system. The pool was a great way to keep refreshed. The area of Flic en Flac is great for entertainment, food and great weather. The main beach for swimming is about 8 mins drive away. The beach in front of the property is rocky and not good for swimming however it is good for exploring sea life. To the right of the property, you will discover undisturbed area with volcanic rocks and different type of beautiful shells.

Point to note: The property is on the second floor and there are 2 sets of manageable stairs. There is no lift facility. Part of the pool (small pool, river like structure and infinity pool) was not operational although the main pool was great and large enough. No other concerns
