La Falaise Sea Front Villa

The villa is located very close to the ocean. The views from the windows are stunning. You can walk right down to the water (across the small garden) where the reef is located. If the weather is calm, you can even swim there and watch the reef fish. The villa is spacy and well equipped.

The number of cutlery could be larger.

We had an unforgettable family holiday here. The accommodation is spotless, beautifully presented, and truly feels like a home away from home. It’s right on the seafront, and the peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to unwind. The swimming pool is incredible—float, close your eyes, and let the sound of the ocean put you into full relaxation mode. Pure paradise. The space itself is very comfortable, well‑designed, and has everything you need. The rooms are bright and airy, the beds are comfy, and the whole place feels fresh and well cared for. You can tell the host pays attention to detail. The outdoor areas are also a huge plus—perfect for relaxing with a coffee in the morning or enjoying a quiet evening breeze. The location is ideal. You’re only a 5‑minute from restaurants, shops, cafés, and a shopping centre, and the beautiful beaches are also just 5 minutes away. Everything is super convenient without feeling crowded. It’s a great mix of comfort, peace, and accessibility. Our host was incredibly kind and responsive, answering any questions immediately. You really feel looked after. The listing is exactly like the photos—actually even better when you see it in person! Amazing value for money. For the space, facilities, and location you get, it’s so much better than staying in a small room at a 5‑star hotel. Here, you get privacy, comfort, luxury, and freedom—all for a great price. Tips for future guests: • Definitely make time to enjoy the pool—it’s one of the highlights. • Early morning or sunset walks along the seafront are magical. • No need to bring too much; shops and cafés are very close. • The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, so bring a good book or simply enjoy the quiet. • Beaches are nearby and beautiful—worth exploring more than one! We had the most relaxing and enjoyable time and are already dreaming of our next holiday here. Truly a fantastic stay. Highly recommended—you won’t regret booking this place!

Everything is perfect - I personally prefer this accommodation rather than going to a 5-stars hotel stuck in a single room.

L’emplacement est très bien si vous avez une voiture, au calme proche de la mer, et proche du centre de Flic en Flac. A quelques minutes des plages.

Malheureusement la villa manque d’équipements, leur nombre est très limité. Nous étions 4, et même pour 2 personnes sur plusieurs jours cela n’est pas suffisant: verres, couverts, assiettes, mugs. Pas de torchons. L’hôte a quand mm été réactif, et nous en a déposé 2 le lendemain de notre arrivé. Pour le petit électroménager, vu leur état, un changement est nécessaire : grille pain, bouilloire etc … L’idéal serait d’ajouter un lave vaisselle. La villa est super, mais c’est vrai que lorsqu’on est en vacances plusieurs jours, on apprécierait de ne pas avoir la vaisselle à faire.
