Luxurious Sea View Villa Flic en Flac Rooftop Terrace

The villa is highly luxurious, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a brand-new set of plates and glasses. The furniture is stylish, modern, and feels very fresh. They also have a toaster and a coffee machine (just remember to bring your own capsules). The bedrooms are equipped with excellent air conditioning. The living room only has a fan, but with the cool weather, that was more than enough and we didn't even need AC there. All sheets, blankets, and pillows were perfectly clean. Whenever we needed extra linens or towels, the housekeeper was helpful; she brought us two extra towels and mentioned we could easily use the washing machine for quick washes. The property spans three floors—all for our private use—with great spaces for different activities like barbecuing and enjoying the pool. Since we visited in June, the weather was a bit chilly, so we couldn't swim as much as we wanted. The Wi-Fi coverage was also great, working perfectly on every floor. It is worth noting that the villa operates on a self-service basis; daily housekeeping is not provided, so guests are expected to manage on their own. Also, items like tissues are not restocked, and toiletries or cleaning supplies (such as body wash, shampoo, soap, and laundry detergent) are not provided, so we had to buy our own plus there was no breakfast service so we got to manage our meals everyday but that was completely fine for us. I was initially concerned that i forgot my OFF but to see pest control measures in place like rodent traps and insect repellent was very relieving

The real downside was the privacy. The villa is surrounded by other villas that are still under construction. Workers were there from 8 AM to 5 PM, which was a bit noisy and made us feel uncomfortable using the pool until they finished their shift. Once these nearby villas are completed and occupied, they will likely overlook each other, which might impact long-term privacy.

An absolutely amazing stay! The villa is spacious, modern and perfectly designed for comfort. The private swimming pool was a dream, and the sunset views from the rooftop were simply breathtaking. We loved the barbecue corner and the large dining table, perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. All three bedrooms are air-conditioned, each with its own TV and private bathroom, which made everything feel extra comfortable and luxurious. Highly recommended, we would book again without hesitation!
