Everything! But if you don’t like to do lots of transfers then you might want to reconsider. I like how close it is with train station, and there’s an elevator + escalator at the station for luggage convenience. There’s a number of supermarket + conbini too. The house is spacious for two people, comfortable for long stay, have washing machine and iron, a very responsive and helpful staff. I would definitely consider the place for my next visit.

周邊有電車站、公車站、餐廳、超市、錢湯、百元店，幾乎是所有需要的機能都具備了！步行距離也有多個設施不錯的公園，帶孩子可以輕鬆的放電。住宿方非常親切，入住前中後都會持續關心住宿狀況，很令人安心。需要在東京待多日的話，非常推薦入住。
廁所要持續開通風，否則會有異味。

入住的手續十分方便，住宿方會提前提供所有需要的密碼資訊，人到了就可以直接入住。
高樓層的視野不錯，在門前的走廊可以看見晴空塔。
以獨行的旅客而言，空間非常足夠。
設備齊全，有微波爐、有冰箱、有洗衣機，也備妥洗衣精。
浴室的備品也都有，牙刷、浴巾。
插座數量不太夠，而且都在奇怪的地方，會需要自己帶延長線來。
冷氣會不知道為什麼自己關機，有兩天睡覺起來冷氣都已經停止運作。
附近的菊川站只有新宿線通過，交通不算方便。
附近的餐廳不太多，會需要在外面先吃完飯再回到住宿。
有天從沙灘回來帶了很多沙，想使用吸塵器來打掃，但吸塵器無法運轉，也發現吸塵器的吸塵口滿髒的。
