La ubicación excelente. Cerca de metro que conectaba a varios lugares importantes. Cerca convinis. Con cocina..para el precio estaba excelente.

Lo único que no me gustó fueron las camas estaba muy bajas y la del sofá cama super dura. La verdad después de caminar todo el dia lo menos que querías era gatear para meterte o salir de la cama.

The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station, which provides access to both the Hanzomon and Oedo Lines. It’s very convenient, with a direct train to Skytree. The apartment is also located right next to a Daily Yamazaki, making it easy to grab food or essentials at any time. The neighborhood itself is very quiet and has a relaxed, local atmosphere. The apartment is clean and well-maintained, with no unpleasant smells or issues during our stay. The check-in process was straightforward and easy to follow, and the host was responsive through chat and communicated clearly in English. The layout of the apartment is well thought out. Having the bathroom and closet in separate rooms is a huge advantage, especially for a group, as it makes getting ready much more efficient. The amenities provided are also excellent and cover most needs during the stay. The heating in both the bathroom and bedroom works very well and adds a lot of comfort, especially during colder days. The main bed is comfortable and provides a good night’s rest.

The space is quite compact. While it is technically suitable for four people, it feels cramped, and we found that three would be a much more comfortable number for the size of the apartment. The sofa bed is not very comfortable for sleeping. Although there is padding provided, the structure underneath can still be felt and may cause discomfort, especially for longer stays. One downside is the lack of a dryer. Drying clothes took a very long time, sometimes up to two days, and we had to rely on the bathroom heater to speed up the process, which is not very convenient.

Very close to train station, location, quiet residential area, close to new building, up to date bathroom (because of new build), close to big parks, supermarket, 24/7 Lawson

Smelly bed cover, pillow, blanket, only one air conditioner, extreme hot in summer inside the unit, not enough exhaust/flesh inflow in unit, cannot open windows since it is on ground floor, the unit layout is bad where the tv room in a bedroom, uncomfortable mattress and pillow
