It was very secured, felt really safe.
There was not an iron to use. And to use hot water has to turn on a switch.

This place renovated, everything is okay just the air con in the living room has tiny problem, we reported to the house agency and they managed it well.
House to the nearest station kinshicho around 5-10mins, located in residential area but you could reach out supermarket, conveniencet store or shopping mall within minutes.
There are cooking wares but no chopping board, no rag. I think those should be prepared as it is very basic if travellers would like to cook self.
Overall we enjoyed our stay here.
