Good price, good location. Loved the big spacious room, much bigger than anything else we have seen in Tokyo. Mattresses were on the floor but comfortable regardless. Washing machine with detergent provided was a nice touch.

Pretty comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood. A room with a good amount of space and nice amenities, particularly the area to wash and dry your clothing. Bathroom was also nice. Check in was smooth.
There was a pretty bad smell coming from the sink that continued to stink throughout our entire stay; you could smell it as soon as you opened the door to go upstairs towards the room and we could never figure out what it was. Location was also a bit mediocre; you had to walk kind of far to get to the train stations. But if you are looking for a stay in a very quiet neighborhood with a park/playground nearby, this would be great.
