The manager's availability via chat was very fast. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped! A minor issue was resolved right away. The kitchen is slightly small if you plan to do heavy cooking. Great, quiet neighborhood with a lot of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. The subway is right around the corner, though trips to central Tokyo (like Shibuya) take a bit longer. We received surprise snacks upon check-in and check-out, which was a really nice touch.
The kitchen is small with just a single cooking fire, making it problematic if you plan to cook a lot. It didn't really bother us since there were plenty of affordable local restaurants nearby.

We were traveling with our two kids and my parents, so having actual separate bedrooms was a huge plus. Morishita Station is just a couple of minutes away, and from there we could get directly to Asakusa, Ryogoku, and Shinjuku without having to change trains, which was especially convenient with a stroller. Having a full kitchen was also really helpful for making breakfast.

I love everything this property. Location is superb. Quiet and yet it’s within the center. The water filter dispenser is a plus factor. Parting gift is also a pleasant surprise from the owner. The accommodation made our stay in Japan magical and memorable.
They could have another toilet especially for a big group like us (8 people)
