One of the bathrooms was out of order. Despite repeated complaints the problem was not fixed until we checked out. There was a strong stench coming from the locked bathroom. A big turn off! The overall appearance of the uniit is not as pretty as it's portrayed...very disappointing!

It was clean and had good facilities
Communication between the Airbnb handlers and the guests could have been better. We tried contacting them several times by email and phone, but were unable to get through, which made us a little worried. Thankfully, communication improved about a week before our check-in date.
We had booked three apartments under one booking, but were allocated apartments on different floors, and unfortunately, we did not have access between the floors.
