Overall such lovely unit and all facilities works well! The unit are equipped with everything we need.
The only thing i think could be improved is the smell of the toilet. The toilet are both clean but foul smell coming from the toilet is quite unpleasant.

the location is good and closer to most places. enough place for 6 -7 people. tv and wifi worked fine.
The condo and unit were not well kept. I felt the hygiene standards were not up to the mark. Both bathrooms had a persistent unpleasant odour. The tap was worn out, and the foot mats in both bathrooms appeared unwashed and reused.
The sofa in the living room had sand granules on it when we arrived and was in poor condition. Overall, it was not a good experience for us. We have stayed at many properties in JB before, but this was the least enjoyable. The issue lies in the quality standards. It was definitely not worth the price we paid.
