Very nicely decorated, everywhere is a spot for nice pictures. Children will enjoy playing in the unit. A baby cot is provided for our 3 month-old which is a bonus. Parking is free of charge for 2 cars. Well equipped. Super close to Legoland. Staff is very responsive, reply within minutes!

Facilities are not quite as described. And owner asked for 10 star review for things we requested (but these things should be there according to description). Examples: I received message saying towels and toothbrush were not provided (even though written in the description), when I asked about it, staff said they could provide for free but in return we had to write a 10star review. Towels were not the cleanest, i saw some blood stain on one of the towels. There was no private pool in the unit (again, description was misleading and wrong), I clarified with the staff, they said it was a done by booking.com not them, there was no private pool. Checkout was 11am, my baby cried just when we wanted to leave at 10:45am and needed feeding, I texted staff to say “we might need a bit more time but will definitely leave before 11:30” they then replied to say they normally charge RM120 per hour but can allow me to stay for free if I give them 10star review. We left at 11:10am right after feeding. It made me feel pressured to rate them 10stars because they have provided me with towels and toothbrush and allowed me to stay that extra 10min for free. To clarify, in the description it says towels provided and “private pool is the standout feature of this apartment”, obviously misleading information

The host was attentive, and the property is conveniently located near Iskandar Education City and a couple of shopping malls. The property provides a water station and has vending machines offering coffee, snacks, and instant noodles.

I was really disappointed with the air condition in the master bedroom which was not properly maintained.. air condition was not function.. had to sleep in the living room
