We had a truly pleasant stay. The host, Fatin was friendly and responsive. The house was spacious and tidy, perfect for our family of 5. Had everything we needed, wifi, coway, washing machine with detergents, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with heater, air-conditioning in every room. Well maintained play area, the slide, pit balls, plushies and other toys that kept my kids super busy the entire time. We also had a short time at the pool and rooftop deck. Overall, the place was great. Highly recommend for families with kids below 12yo.

Bathroom cleanliness in the master bedroom could be improved. The moment I stepped in, the floor was quite slippery and there was an uneasy smell. So i had to brush the floor before i could use it.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich toll für kleinere Kinder geeignet. Sehr liebevoll gestaltet und mit ganz vielen sehr schönen Spielsachen ausgestattet. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr schön gelegen. Auch die Aussenbereiche sind fantastisch. Der Pool, der Spielplatz, wunderbar. Wir waren nur für eine Übernachtung dort und konnten gar nicht alles benutzen.

Die Bäder wurden sehr kurz vorher gereinigt und waren noch sehr feucht. Man konnte sie erst nicht benutzen, da der Fußboden sehr rutschig war. Aber sonst war alles prima

The facilities are good and almost complete. Coway is a plus point. Beds are comfy. A lot of fun toys for the kids, and of course the slide as the main attraction. Bed near the slide is also nice, fun and comfy for the kids. Internet speed is fast.

When we arrived at 3.15pm, it looked like the cleaner has just finished cleaning. The floor was still wet and sticky, the bathrooms were worse with water puddles. They should have at least turned the aircond on for us, as when I turned on the fan to speed up the drying, dusts came out scattering on the floors..i would spare you the picture of the fan for some imagination. As for the minibar chairs, please do a bit of maintenance. Ada kerusi yg dah goyang weh..rasa macam nak cari screwdriver tolong ketatkan skru! 2 kerusi je kot yg elok digunakan.
