Not an organised reception/staff. It is like LKG children. Morning breakfast was delayed by 45 mts to supply. I was forced to change my plans. Breakfast shall be served between 7.30 - 9am. Most of the time no one is available at the reception counter. Minimum facility like chair was not available in my room. On request only it was provided. Staff should have a check list of items/amenities to be provided in each room. Overall great improvement to be done. Otherwise a second visit/stay in RT APARTMENT is ruled out. Thanks

It's a brand new hotel. The bed is very hard. There's no live T. V. The room is not furnished properly. Only one bed side table, only one chair and no dinning table. Geiser is not working. Even drinking water is charged.
Every thing new. Rest I have described in the above box.
