    👎The worst hotel I have ever been to...My wife, a chronic heart patient with various medical complications, and I both senior citizens of 66 and 70 years, checked in at 12.10 pm on 22/09/26, for a 3 day stay to check out on 25/09/26. I have paid Rs. 5,730.59 @ Rs. 1800/- per day, plus taxes vide AGODA. The receptionist, very unpleasant, was very arrogant and rude. We were put in Room No. 506 on the second floor. On entering the room there was no hot water in the shower, and the flow of the shower was very weak and pathetic. The bucket was without a handle, hence it was very difficult for her to have a bath. The hotel boasts of hot water 24 hours, which is wrong. The taps and flush are corroded. The faucet is very old, corroded, and weak water flow. The main door has some dirty, unpleasant patches. The light in the bathroom is rather dim and the mirror has no light hence very difficult to have a shave. The main door lock is rusty and very ordinary, hence making it very unsafe and easy to break in. The linen on the bed is very cheap and perhaps not laundered. No bed lamp or charging points near the bed...thereby making it very difficult to charge mobile. We told the rude receptionist of these problems, but nothing was done and in a very rude manner he said "it is like that only". Iam posting pictures so you can verify the same. No receipt given. When I asked for the receipt, I was very arrogantly told I'll get it online. PLEASE DO NOT STAY OR BOOK THIS HOTEL. IF YOU DO SO, BE PREPARED TO HAVE THE WORST MOST UNPLEASANT STAY OF YOUR LIFE...😭

    It's a very good place to stay no nuisance from the staffs. Number of car parking is a bit less than the number of rooms. That's the only concern rest is all fine.
