The hotel looks nothing like in the pictures. Unclean toilets, bed spreads and rooms.

The staff were sounded as if you stay if you want. This attitude was visible from parking support personnel and person at front office reception. They insisted to check out at 10:am!! The phone, the remote in the room were not functioning. Then called in mobile to get the support after half an hour. Location is prime, people are poor, property is not fully maintained.

I stayed at the property on June 13, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
During check-in, the staff appeared to be under the influence of alcohol, which was highly unprofessional and concerning. The room was poorly maintained, with visible cockroaches and other insects present. In addition, the bedsheets and towels were dirty and had a foul smell, making the stay extremely uncomfortable.
This level of hygiene, maintenance, and service is completely unacceptable. I expect an explanation and appropriate action to address these serious issues and prevent other guests from having a similar experience.

I wanted to extend my stay for one more night so I contacted the reception wherein Mr.Shakti informed me that the charges for extension for one night is Rs.2700/- but he will give discount of Rs.500/- and I will have to pay Rs.2200/- for extending my stay but I have to pay in cash no online payment will be accepted so I agreed and asked him to provide with a receipt for the payment but he refused and said that as he is extending me a discount of Rs.500/- he cannot provide with the receipt to which I refused and said I will be pay the full and extend the night stay with agoda and accordingly extended it with booking from agoda paying only Rs.2200/-, I have staying there for the last 12-15 years but this type of response I faced for the first time.I would like to request the owner to be more cautious with Mr.Shakti as I feel that Mr.Shakti wanted to keep the money himself
