    We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and surprised to see the pathetic state of the room The pictures speaks for the comments Housekeeping never gave any service for this 2 days , Telephone broken , had to visit twice reception to complain about no hot water After paying over 22k , the service and expectation was under par Will not recommend for fellow travelers

    We stayed at Mary Land Hotel for two days and had a wonderful experience. Even though the official Agoda check-in time starts at 12:00 PM, the staff was kind enough to allow us an early check-in at 8:30 AM since rooms were available. Housekeeping got our room ready within an hour, and their check-in policy gives you full 24-hour access from the exact time you check in, which is a huge plus! ​The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is super convenient—just a 2-minute walk from Morning Star Church and about 300 meters from the bus stand. If you are looking for Kerala food, there is also a Kerala restaurant located right opposite the hotel. An added bonus is their tie-up with Seagate Hospital, which gives guests free access to their swimming pool. ​The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious, featuring classic South Indian dishes, eggs made to order (omelets), bread with butter/jam, along with tea, coffee, and milk. ​Overall, the staff, location, and service were top-notch. Highly recommended for family stays!

    Honestly telling I stayed in room no 103 really it was terrible the noise from outside the roadside could not sit peacefully, uncleanliness in bathroom, paying 5k for the room for one day not at all satisfied
