Chez Lily hypercentre climatisé

The location of this apartment was fantastic. It had everything we needed, check-in and check-out was easy, and hosts were very accommodating. We were very comfortable and were glad to have such a great spot to come back to at the end of a hot summer day in Toulouse!

Location was fabulous and super handy for what we needed. There was a heatwave when we stayed which made it a bit difficult for us to see as much of Toulouse as we would have liked - the Irish aren't built for 40 degree heat! Due to location we were able to pop back to the apartment to cool off with the AC (which is in the living room and bedroom - a god send)! The Victor Hugo market is very close by and you supermarkets and all the restaurants you need a short walk away. Kitchen also very well equipped should you prefer to make your own food.

We had a few issues with the digital door locking system but the host was VERY contactable and extremely quick to resolve any issues for us. The bed was a little firm for me but I have back issues so this is a personal preference, my partner didn't have any issues.

Very central and quiet. Bathroom very big and well laid out.

We weren’t supplied with access codes to enter front door of building and property itself. We had to contact the owner then download an App and got the code then. We had to contact them again as there was no Wi-Fi code in property. Very bad smell on entering the property. Immediately we had to open the windows. One of the bedroom windows had a big crack in it. There was a cushion each for pillows which were very uncomfortable,there were larger ones but there were no covers for them. Dishwasher wasn’t clean.
