SolApart - cozy apartment at sololaki

We stayed here for three weeks and this was a brilliant from which to explore Tbilisi - a real 'home from home'. Firstly, our host was superb - she was warm, welcoming and caring throughout our stay. Even before we arrived, we were in regular contact and, when our flight into Tbilisi was delayed late into the night, she was still there to help us settle into the property. Throughout our stay, she stayed in regular contact - letting us know about planned disruption to the roads nearby and informing us about when power would be restored in a district-wide power cut. Each week, our bedding and towels were changed and the apartment was kept clean too. When it got cold, the heating was quickly switched on in the building and we were assisted in how to change the settings to be comfortable, plus provided with extra blankets (which weren't needed). Talking of the apartment, this exceeded our expectations. Located in a residential area in a small compound, we really felt like we were living in the community. We were able to access local vegetable and bread sellers for daily groceries, alongside the usual convenience stores all within 100 m of the property. The property itself was quiet and fully equipped with everything we expected. The internet was excellent, working for extended video calls, and streaming simultaneously throughout both day and night. The washing machine worked well and the drying space outside the door helped us to keep clothes clean. The apartment is walking distance to the Mother of Georgia Statue, Botanical Gardens and Funicular Station, plus less than 15 minutes walk to Freedom Square and the old town centre. Thanks for a great stay - we would definitely return again.

Идеальный вариант для 1-2-3 человек. Квартира удобно расположена, в старом Тбилиси, в историческом районе Сололаки, в 15 мин. пешком от Площади Свободы. Уютный закрытый "итальянский" дворик, у квартиры свой отдельный вход. Квартира небольшая и очень теплая (мы были в конце декабря), есть всё необходимое для жизни, удобный кухонный уголок и абсолютно любая посуда, свежий ремонт и современный интерьер. Есть даже стиральная машина, но мы ей не пользовались. Мне было важно спальное место – кровать по удобству превзошла мои ожидания: удобный матрас и шикарное постельное белье. Спала как ребенок)). Большой плюс это освещение, оно сделано очень грамотно: света много, можно включать в любых вариантах, хозяева молодцы, не поскупились на освещение. Особо следует отметить гостеприимство хозяйки Мариами – очень милая, добрая и заботливая женщина, на связи 24/7, живет в этом же доме, что очень удобно, т.к. любая просьба или проблема решались тут же. Мариами старалась сделать наше прибывание как можно более комфортным, дала дополнительные одеяла на всякий случай (к счастью, не пригодились), принесла нам дополнительно кое-что из кухонной утвари (т.к. мы ждали гостей), угостила нас хачапури и вкусняшками собственного приготовления! Если еще когда-нибудь нужно будет остановиться в Тбилиси, то уже знаем куда позовет нас сердце))
