Das Frühstück haben wir selbst beschafft und zu uns genommen. Alle Geschäfte waren gut zu erreichen. Die Lage des Hauses ist nicht ganz optimal, umgeben von Häusern mit Balkonen die Einsicht auf unsere Terrasse zugelassen hat. Sehr positiv war das Wassersystem in der Küche, es konnte stilles Wasser, Medium Wasser und Wasser mit Kohlensäure entnommen werden. Auch die Klimaanlage in der Wohnung war optimal.
Von Vorteil wäre ein Sonnenschirm am Whirlpool um sich vor der Sonne zu schützen. Wenn eine behindertengerechte Wohnung ausgeschrieben ist, sollte auch der Zugang mittels Rollstuhl in die vorhandenen Duschen möglich sein. Insgesamt zu wenig Platz in den Bädern für ein Person im Rollstuhl. Auch der Zugang auf die Terrasse mit dem Rollstuhl ist nicht optimal, d.h. der Küchenblock (Herd/ Spüle) hätte ca. einen halben Meter in den Wohnraum versetzt werden müssen. Vielleicht kann hier nachgebessert werden.
