Lokalita, zariadenie, organizácia, komunikácia s p. poskytovatelkou ubytovania, okolie a jeho možnosti (dostupné obchody, služby, reštaurácie..).
Hlučný sused.. ktorému nočný kľud nič nehovorí. Parkovanie je hlavne v poobedných a večerných hodinách čisté zúfalstvo. Trošku chýbajú sieťky na oknách kvôli hmyzu.
