The apartment is big, comfortable and well equipped. Parking is easy and free in front of the building. In the nearby there is a big park, a Lidl and a big shopping mall. Walking to the old city center is also not long. View is nice from the kitchen.

UPDATE: the owner called me when he got informed about the incident mentioned below. He immediately made an apology, promised me nothing similar will ever happen. The owner is very friendly, fair and professional! The last part was terrible and humiliating! I know, we were still at the apartment at 10:06. That is on us. BUT: at 10:06, (only 6 min. after the check-out time) a lady knocked - or rather banged hardly - on the door. She was not speaking English at all. I was standing in the door, my crying baby on my arms, and I asked her 10 more minutes to finish packing. But she didn't care at all!! She was yelling at me in a language I don't know, and she storemd into the aparment. Whlie we were still there. She stormed into one of the rooms and started changing the bed linen. She stormed into a room, where my wife was getting dressed at that moment. It was humiliating and very-very rude. I know, we should have left 6 minutes earlier. And I didn't even had a problem, if I had to pay some extra for late chek out. But this way, that she was yelling at me and my crying baby, and walks in to my dressing wife... this is unacceptable and humiliating. All because of 6 minutes.

Przesympatyczny i bardzo pomocny gospodarz. Przestronne mieszkanie, wyposażone we wszystko co jest potrzebne. Na parkingu pod blokiem nigdy nie mieliśmy problemu z zaparkowaniem samochodu.

This is a panel apartment on the fourth floor of a block house, all windows of which face a busy four-lane road. Behind the road you can see similar blocks of flats, so the sight is simply depressing. Contributing to this is the continuous noise, which filters in even when the windows are closed, and is particularly disturbing when the windows are open. Every step of the upstairs neighbor could be heard as she did her usual morning preparations before leaving for work. The apartment was clean and tidy, but the interior design style was reminiscent of the 90s, so the atmosphere didn't excite us either. The kettle should be descaled more often. Its distance from the center is slightly more than a comfortable walking distance, although it obviously depends on the individual what is comfortable for whom. On the other hand, if you drive to the city center for the evening program, you can expect that it will be very difficult to find a parking space near the house.
