Old Town Apartments R11

I stayed there while attending a short course at Palacký University, and the location was extremely convenient, close to the city center, public transportation, and the university itself. Being in such a prime location was a major advantage of the apartment.

There were several issues with the facilities. For example, the door locks were faulty, including the bathroom door, which was quite uncomfortable. The bathroom itself was very small barely enough space to sit or shower, especially for taller people. There wasn’t even a shelf in the shower area to place toiletries. The towels provided had an unpleasant smell, so it was unclear if they were properly washed. Additionally, the curtains were too short and didn’t fully cover the room. Overall, the apartment is great in terms of location and works for short stays, but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement when it comes to the facilities.

Location is very good. Parking is a problem, as there are no (obvious) parking houses nearby. Good work-around is a shopping mall and public transportation. The apartment was very VERY spacious.

No hot water in the shower was not pleasant in December.

Very good location, near to monuments and old town. Plus point for 2 toilets. Very spacy and bright, absolutely intimacy. Good for a shorter stay.

Furniture and other equipment is so spartan. With a little effort it could be much more better. The flat is on the 2nd floor without elevator - you shoud consider it with an older or disabled person or with a little child.

The location was good and approachable, close to the town centre.

1. No tea, sugar, or milk . 2. Poor comfort of mattresses. 3. Bedsheets, pillows, and dovets were unhygienic (smelly). 4. Towels were not washed or dried properly and were smelly. Some of the towels were torn and had bleach marks. 5. The iron board was broken and not usable. 7. There are no mirrors elsewhere except a small mirror in the bathroom. 8. Coffee maker was not in working order. 9. Fridge: Handles are broken. There are no ice cubes in the freezer. 10. 1 standing fan but broken and not in working order. 11. TV was displayed, but the remote was not working. 12. One of the shower rooms did not have a curtain that led to water going all over the place.
