Byt je klidný, čistý a útulný. Je tu vše, co je potřeba i káva a čaj. Předání klíčů bez problémů. Komunikace s majitelem výborná. Blízko MHD, Lidl, Globus.

Mieszkanie na typowym osiedlu ale bardzo cichym i spokojnym. W pewnej odległości od centrum ale dojazd tramwajem bezproblemowy, a w sumie można się pokusić o spacer, bo to zaledwie 30 minut od Starego Miasta. Po drodze gratka dla fanów architektury, bo mijamy dzielnice willowe. Mieszkanko duże, wygodne, osobny pokój dzienny, osobna sypialnia. Klimat i wyposażenie z lat 90-tych ale dla nas to akurat frajda ;) Wszystkie udogodnienia zgodnie z opisem. Lidl - 5 min od mieszkania. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem.
