The house was very nice. Cosy but very comfortable and with all the necessary comforts.

Very well furnished and clean apartment

One house with two apartments - 1st on the ground floor, 2nd in the first floor. Perfectly furnished, clean and big apartment. 30 minutes by walk to the city center or you can go by bus - the bus station is right next to the apartment. In 10 minutes by walk you are on the airport which was perfect for us as we had early morning flight. Very clear and detailed instructions from the host side.

We were accommodated on the groundfloor. This apartment was very dark, not enough of the day light so we had to have lights up even during the morning. It really depends on who is gonna live above of you - we had that bad luck that every day there was someone different and all of the people were very loud in the night and they make it hard for us to sleep.

Great location and lovely apartament!

The apartament was spacious, clean and had a pleasant interior. The location was great, we walked from the airport and in 5 minutes we were at the property. It was also close to the train station Pisa Centrale, only 12 minutes by foot, so it is a great option for one day trips to Florence, Cinque Terre. The staff was very friendly and customer oriented, thank you, Micol, for all your support!

Great!!

It was nice and clean, super close to the airport. It's great for short stay as we only stayed a night. But it's also suitable for long stay as it has the basics such as a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine.

If you're planning to stay long stay consider if you mind noise. The walls are pretty thin and you can here people when they come in or out of the house or up or down the stairs very clear. We heard constant pulling out chairs in the short time we stayed. However the noises stopped at an appropriate time. We didn't mind as much but I know some people would mind. It's pretty normal though in airbnbs that are similar as we stayed in Italy for a month in another Airbnb and had a similar experience in that one too and it did begin the get a bit annoying. That's personal preference.

Apartament mógłby być naprawdę dobry ze względu na lokalizację i przestrzeń, ale w obecnym stanie absolutnie nie nadaje

Lokalizacja naprawdę dobra – apartament znajduje się 10 minut od lotniska i około 40 minut od Krzywej Wieży w Pizie, więc jako baza wypadowa jest wygodny. Sam apartament jest przestronny i układem dobrze sprawdziłby się dla dwóch par. Na plus także obecność ogródka, dużej lodówki, piekarnika, pralki oraz ręczników – to wszystko mogłoby być dużym atutem, gdyby nie stan samego miejsca. Możliwość wcześniejszego zameldowania.

Niestety, to, co zastaliśmy na miejscu, znacznie odbiegało od tego, co zostało opisane w ofercie. Wyposażenie było niepełne – brakowało m.in. żelazka, które widniało w opisie. Zgłosiliśmy to do gospodarza, ale pomimo naszej prośby nigdy go nie dostarczyli. Największym problemem była jednak tragiczna kondycja apartamentu: w środku unosił się intensywny, duszący zapach stęchlizny, na ścianach w wielu miejscach widoczna była pleśń i grzyb. To nie tylko psuje komfort pobytu, ale przede wszystkim jest poważnym zagrożeniem dla zdrowia. Dodatkowo zabrakło podstawowych środków higieny – nie było ani mydła, ani papieru toaletowego. Takie braki są absolutnie niedopuszczalne, zwłaszcza przy krótkich pobytach, kiedy gość oczekuje chociaż podstawowego przygotowania apartamentu. Miejsce wymaga pilnego i generalnego remontu – w obecnym stanie nie powinno być w ogóle wynajmowane. Opis i zdjęcia na stronie nijak mają się do rzeczywistości.

Zdecydowanie odradzam

Jedno wielkie kłamstwo. Zdjęcia są zupełnie inne niż rzeczywistość. Apartament stary, śmierdzący, nie można otwierać okien, wygląda jak w piwnicy. Procedura zameldowania jakby tam były złote klamki, natomiast w środku wielkie rozczarowanie. Lejąca się woda do śmietnika w kuchni, złamane klucze, zbyt mało kosmetyków na taką ilość dni i osób, które były zameldowane. Brak wyjścia na taras, o którym była mowa. Brak jakiegokolwiek kontaktu z właścicielem. Brudne ściany. Łóżko zniszczone, strach było spać, bo groziło połamaniem. Bardzo głośny boiler, zwłaszcza w nocy. Po jednym dniu musieliśmy wyjąć ciuchy z szafy, bo śmierdziały stęchlizną. Brak miotły do posprzątania. Brak serwisu sprzątającego w trakcie pobytu, za który została pobrana opłata.
