Location, location, location! This home is in the heart of downtown Brevard. Lots of interior space and room for 2 vehicles.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as expected. There was a previous review that made me a little nervous book because it mentioned a lack of cleanliness. They must have had that issue addressed because everything was nice and clean and I'm a detail-oriented and picky person when it comes to cleanliness. It had everything we needed and was comfortable. Both the husband and wife hosts were kind and easy to get a hold of. By far the best thing is being right next to downtown. It was great to walk to coffee, breakfast, and all the shops right out the front door.
