Cozy, comfortable and conveniently located in-town home to return to after your day of mountain biking, hiking, or fishing. Quiet location that is only a 5-minute walk to Downtown Brevard or 10-20 minute drive to the Pisgah and Dupont trailheads. Covered carport for your vehicles and bikes.
Completely renovated house; freshly painted with newly refinished floors. The old kitchen was taken down to the studs and updated with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with bar seating. New plumbing and tank-less water heater. New washer and dryer conveniently located on the main floor.
Sit down to play a game or begin a puzzle on the generously sized dining table. Watch your favorite shows and movies on the 50-inch flat screen TV with Roku, Netflix, Amazon or Hulu. Stay in touch with the free broadband Wi-Fi. The living and dining space is large and you can keep cool with our ceiling fans and new central heat/air. Relax on the front and back porches with seating, tables and a new gas grill.

Plenty of closets to store your purchases from the local shops.

From the moment we booked, the owner’s communication was warm, prompt, and incredibly helpful—making us feel welcome and well-prepared before we even arrived.The property itself is in a perfect location: peaceful and scenic, yet close enough to everything we needed. Every detail of the home reflected thoughtfulness and care. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had all the comforts of home—and then some.One of the highlights of our stay was the cozy outdoor fire pit, where we spent evenings unwinding under the stars. To our delight, the owners went the extra mile and provided a s’mores kit—an unexpected and incredibly sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable.This is one of those rare places that feels like so much more than just a vacation rental. It’s clearly run by people who care deeply about their guests’ experience. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!

My husband and some of our children were hiking for a few days and the rest of us needed a place nearby. This house was so pleasant. The kids had fun playing with the many board games and such when we weren’t out doing day hikes. The outdoor fire pit was great for roasting hot dogs and s’mores at the end of the day. There was even a s’mores kit provided! The beds were comfy. The owners were very prompt and pleasant to correspond with.
