Millenium is categorized as Luxury apartment and certainly lived up for its rating for the past 5 years.
It should become to a very popular choice for expats who wants the convenient location to work during daytime and to enjoy great city activities after sunset due to its superb location in downtown Ho Chi Minh City by the river. Adjacent to the financial center, and a few steps to the central Nguyen Hue pedestrian street, so you are able to minimize the distance traveled to devote all your time to taking care of yourself, your family and enjoying life in Vietnam.
Its interior facilities are very good, with a Free nice open air swimming pool with view over the city on the 7th Floor. You will find plenty of local F&B shops and convenient stores such as Seven7 etc... right outside the Millennium building. The bridge that will take you to District 1 financial center of Saigon is just a few minutes away.
The unit can host up to 6 people, ideal for business travelers, family (with kids and old people) or a group of friends.
- 3 bedrooms with king & queen beds, fresh linens and towels are provided. Wardrobe and clothes hangers.
- Spacious living room and balcony: LCD Television and sofa with great city view
- 2 bathrooms with showers, hot water, towels, toilet papers, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel are all provided. Disposable combs and disposable toothbrushes with toothpaste are ready (plenty of back up in the kitchen cabinet)
- Refrigerator, microwave, stove, kettle along with cooking utensils, full dinner set and glasses.
