About this apartment rental
The building, Icon 56, is a private, safe, brand-new apartment block with great views of the city and the river. The rooftop infinity pool is a perfect place for swimming, sunbathing and chilling out after a day of sightseeing. The views day and night are breathtaking. Smoke detector and sprinkler are in each unit and in all common areas of the building.
The apartment is located on floor 15 of the building with soundproof walls. You will have complete silence while reading or sleeping, not being disturbed by noises from traffic, something you'd appreciate a lot while you're in Vietnam :-)
This 88 square meter unit includes:
+ 1 living room
+ 1 kitchen
+ 3 bedrooms (3 Queen-size beds)
+ 2 bathrooms
+ 1 balcony :-)
and is equipped with:
+ 4 A/Cs
+ 3 smart TVs with more than 180 local and international channels, exclusive HD movie channels, YouTube, Bluetooth connection to your mobile phone, etc.
+ fridge/ freezer
+ kitchen with cooking set, kettle and microwave
+ washing machine with free detergent and softener. There is also a laundry shop at the basement if you don't want to do your own laundry
+ iron
+ shower with hot water; hair dryer; body towels
+ and basically anything you see in the apartment :) Feel free to use them!

die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, neues Mobilar. Ausreichend Handtücher, Waschmaschine vorhanden. Broschüre mit Überblick wo einkaufen, Restaurants usw. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Zum Bin Than Markt nur 1 Euro mit Grab App. Grab ist die beste Wahl um für wenig Geld in der ganzen Stadt rumzufahren.

It was excellent principally because Lily met and exceeded each request proffered. The space is clean and quiet. I could walk 20 minutes safely to the central area across the river (although taxis were easy to acquire and inexpensive). I would stay there again (just wish there was a longer area to run on. Ho Chi Minh City is not set up for people who want to run more than 2 miles)!

No doubt the best place to stay, lily is such a wonderful human! She’s quick to respond and accommodate your stay with tons of recommendations. The apartment is clean, modern and was perfect for our stay and the building amenities were so fun - the pool was exactly what we needed after a long day!
