About this house rental
Paradise awaits! Enjoy the gorgeous sunrise over the Emerald Isle bridge, and the sunsets over the islands. Watch the dolphins play, fish, enjoy the refreshing saltwater, play on the swim-mat, kayak to the islands, endless adventure. In the evenings relax in the hot tub on the back porch. 3 miles to the beach. This is a peaceful and quiet home, the most noise you will hear are the boats going by. The water is steps away from the screened in front porch. Bring your boat and tie it to the dock.
We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 100.00 fee - 3 dogs max and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.
Our home is at the end of the Road, Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Most of our neighbors are older so we do ask that noise be kept down after 9pm.
Not much traffic on Waterway drive, there is plenty of parking for 3 cars. We do ask that there not be more than 3 cars at the home. Waterway Drive is a private and small road.
1. 350.00 Penalty for unauthorized pets.
2. No unauthorized guests allowed without owners approval.
3. No unauthorized events (you will be asked to leave the property).
4. Smoking allowed outside only, please no smoking inside.
5. Please keep cover on Hot tub, this helps it to retain heat.

What a great place! I only stayed one night so I did not use the kitchen items like I would have staying longer, but it seemed to have all you would need. The coffee bar was wonderful. The beds were really comfortable. We utilized the screened in porch and went and sat on the dock to watch the boats go by. We were blessed with perfect weather. It was wonderful. We would like to go back in the future for a little longer stay. Jonathan is a great host. He is VERY PROMPT in answering any messages. The directions to the place were spot on - very easy to find it. Great parking. Don't hesitate to stay here - you won't regret it.

Nice small place away from the hustle and bustle of town. Fishing in front of the place was great. The kayaks on site were nice and we were able to find a few shark’s teeth on the island across the canal. Close enough to all of the local things we wanted to do.

We had a fantastic time lounging on the dock looking for dolphins (we saw two)! Also took out the kayaks and activity mat which are included, as well as life jackets. The house was clean and spacious, and well stocked. About a 15 min drive to the beach. Very quiet dead end street, and lovely view of the water.
